Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence

CSC Pacific High Performance Training Centre, Recovery & Regeneration Room and Physiology Lab

All IST services provided by CSC Pacific are within their high performance environment, located within the Pacific Institute for Sport Excellence.

High Performance Training Centre: A 1500 sq/ft fully outfitted strength and conditioning space dedicated to CSC athletes. (see attached photos)

Recovery & Regeneration Room: One of western Canada’s only dedicated high performance hydrotherapy rooms, outfitted with three tubs for hot or cold immersion, an underwater treadmill, as well as high powered jet showers. (see attached photos)

Physiology Lab: CSC Pacific’s physiology and technology is based out of the 2,000 sq/ft laboratory, housing every type of testing equipment Canada’s high performance athletes could need. Further to the lab, testing and training for acclimatization to weather and altitude is conducted in CSC Pacific’s Mobile Environmental Trainer.
